In this self-portrait, Paull Travel’s Creative Director, Morgan Winter, is portrayed in soft layers of blue, cream and golden ochre. Loose, expressive brushwork gives the portrait the feeling of a work still in progress… a fitting choice for a subject whose days are spent creating, experimenting and finding new ways to bring ideas to life.

The title plays with the idea of art extending beyond the canvas. Morgan’s own medium is the visual identity of Paull Travel, expressed through print, digital design, web and the countless creative details that shape how the company presents the world to its clients. Since joining Paull Travel in 2019, she has brought her background in design and marketing together with a growing passion for travel, finding inspiration in an industry where there is always something new to discover.

“The Artist at Work” captures creativity not as a finished product, but as something constantly in motion. Ideas are gathered from places, people, colours and experiences, and then reshaped into something new.
