In this classical portrait, Zeina Youssef, Leisure Assistant at Paull Travel, is portrayed in rich shades of amber, bronze and deep umber. Originally from Syria, Zeina joined Paull Travel in 2022 and has become an important part of the work that happens behind the scenes.

Zeina’s role supporting the leisure team requires patience, organization, and an exceptional awareness of the many small details that make up a client’s journey. From the first stages of planning until clients return, her work helps ensure that nothing important is overlooked.

The portrait’s title, “Behind the Curtain,” offers a playful reference to this unseen side of travel. Zeina is one of the people checking details, preparing documents, and helping transform complicated arrangements into something that appears effortless.
